Terms of purchase

These Terms of Purchase define the rules for ordering, payment, delivery, and returns of products purchased through our webshop. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

The seller is the music band Embrio.

Payment is possible exclusively via PayPal. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to PayPal where you can securely complete your payment.

We ship products within Croatia, to countries of the European Union, and worldwide.

• Croatia – parcel machine (paketomat): €4,00 per order

• Croatia – courier service: €7,00 per order

• EU (outside Croatia): €10,00 per order – international economic shipping

• Rest of the world (outside EU): €15,00 per order – international economic shipping

The shipping cost includes packaging and transaction service fees.

Estimated delivery time:

• Within Croatia: 2 – 7 business days

• International: delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the postal/courier services.

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of return, you must notify us at embrioband@gmail.com.

The customer bears the cost of returning the product. A refund will be issued once we have received the returned product in its original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged or defective, the customer has the right to a replacement or a full refund.

Your personal data is used solely for order processing and delivery. Data will not be shared with third parties except those involved in the payment and delivery process (PayPal and shipping services).
